Pack Sizes

  • 6 x 2.5kg pouch / carton 48 carton / pallet.
  • 12x 180ml bowls / carton 112 carton / pallet.
    These soups are single strength and do not require dilution

Heating Guidelines

  • Allow product to thaw at 5°C for 24 hours prior to heating.
  • Pouches: Thaw and heat in either steam jacket kettle or combi- steamer for 20 minutes or pour contents into saucepan, and heat on stove-top.
  • Bowls: Thaw and heat in either oven at 150°C for 25 minutes, rest 1 minute, open and stir or: Microwave in 1100w oven set power level to 50% for 1 minute, stir, replace lid and heat at 50% for a further 1 minute. Rest 1 minute and stir.

FOOD TEXTURE

Texture Soft (A): Food may be naturally soft or may be cooked or cut to alter its texture
Texture Minced & Moist (B): Food is soft, moist and easily mashed with a fork; lumps are smooth and rounded
Texture Smooth Pureed (C): Food is smooth, moist and lump free; may have a grainy quality
